Applying for the Job
With the advancement of the digital age, applying for a job can cause a lot of anxiety. If you need assistance with applying to a job, we are here to help. We also provide job listings throughout the week for those who are a little bit more independent in regard to computer literacy. This list focuses mainly on the tri-county area (Broward, Miami, and West Palm Beach). However, it can be tailored to a specific area of your choice upon request. We also provide job listings for Work from Home opportunities.
Job Search
Every week there is an updated list of job opportunities with a range of qualifications. We are dedicated to connecting you with REAL companies that are hiring. Many job search engines are filled with scam job posts. Here at Education First Foundation Inc, we verify that the job exists before sharing it with our clients. Upon request, job lists can be tailored to your specific needs and will be provided on a weekly basis.
Resume reviews and preparations
A lot has changed since the last time you wrote your resume. BELIEVE ME! For example, did you know that you do not need to include your full home address on your resume? All that is needed is your city, state, and zip code. The house number and street name are removed for your security. For those reasons, we provide resume review services. We will go over your resume with you and suggest necessary changes.
Maybe this is your first job or you never had a resume. We will work with you on preparing your very own resume that highlights all your strengths and capabilities. For us to have a successful session, here are a few things that you will need:
- Your ID
- Name and address of all the locations that you have worked in
- Dates of when you started and stopped working for those companies
- Name of the positions you had
- Full details of what you did at the job
- Names of the schools and programs that you have attended and locations
- Provide specific skills that you may have (i.e. Bilingual, computer savvy, years of experience)
Job Coaching
Are you familiar with the Do’s and Don’ts of the hiring process. We are here to help you navigate through this challenging system. From what to do in preparation of looking for a job, landing the interview, how to present yourself to the hiring manager, what to do after the interview, and what to expect after being hired. Our job is to help YOU land the job!

Volunteer/Intern with us!
Why would you not want to volunteer/intern with us? We have volunteers from diverse walks of life and employment backgrounds. From former attorneys to fresh out of high school. We pride ourselves on being a highly engaged and united, results- oriented team. Some have even returned to lend a hand during off season. You will be trained by our over 20-year certified CPA with a master’s degree in accounting. He will show you the ins and outs of income tax and prepare you for success.
